Who we are
GCSE Tutors (gcsetutors.com) introduces families to GCSE tutors. Contact us at hello@gcsetutors.com.
What we collect
- From parents: your name, email, phone if you give it, and what you tell us about your child’s tutoring needs (subject, year, exam board, area, budget).
- From tutors who apply: your contact details, subjects, experience, and the DBS and identity documents we need to check you.
- How the site is used, through analytics cookies if you allow them.
We ask for as little as we can about children: no more than a parent tells us to describe what help is needed.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, find and introduce a suitable tutor, check tutors before they are listed, and run and improve the site.
Who we share it with
- The tutor or tutoring agency we introduce you to. We pass on your request so they can contact you about it.
- Service providers who host the site, store data and send our emails, under contract.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
No longer than we need it for these purposes.
